Q: Is a long-term contract required for your house cleaning service?
We want to accommodate your needs.  There are no long-term contracts or obligations required for house cleanings. Commerical Cleaning requires a service agreement.


Q:  Are you insured?  Are you bonded?
Yes, we are fully insured with 1,000,000 liability insurance to protect your home or office.  Yes, we are bonded also.

Q: What is included in your house cleaning services?
Just as every person is an individual, each home and family has individual needs.  We customize our cleaning to your needs.


Q:  I got a lower price for cleaning my home or office, why should I choose your company?
We come to clean when we say we will.  We clean areas that are often missed by other cleaning companies.  We only use green products to clean your home or office, which is better for the health of your family.  We are fully insured with 1,000,000 in liability insurance to protect your home or office.  We are dependable and trustworthy.  We offer many personalized cleaning services.  We have a great referral program that can save you money.


Q:  Do you offer house or office cleaning gift certificates?
You can purchase a cleaning gift certificate for any of our cleaning services.  House cleaning services makes a great gift.


Q: How and when do I pay for my cleaning services?
We require payment at the time of service.  We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards through paypal on our website (no paypal account is needed). Look for the tab at the top of each page.   Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning and One Time Cleaning requires cash payment.


Q:  What is green about your cleaning?
We use products that are eco-friendly and green.  We do research on the products we use to make sure they are truly green.  We strive to recycle every thing we can. Our goal is a healthy and happy home or office for you that’s green cleaned.


Q: What if someone in my family has allergies?
Please let us know what allergies are present in your household and we discuss with you what we need to do to accommodate them.


Q: I have a dog or cat, what should I do with them while my house is being cleaned?
We love pets!  If you have a dog, we ask that you he/she be placed in a kennel, outside or with you during the cleaning of your home.  NOTE:  We do not clean  animal feces, urine, vomit or other biohazards including feline litter boxes and dog kennels.


Q: Do you furnish all the cleaning supplies?
Yes, we furnish everything needed to clean your home or office, including the vacuum.


Q: What should I expect on my first appointment?
We will arrive at your home or office equipped with all the cleaning supplies and equipment needed to thoroughly clean your home or office.  Your first appointment generally  takes the longest, as we will need time to get acquainted with a new environment.  Subsequent appointments will move along faster.


Q: What should I do before you come to my home?
You should take a few minutes to pick up personal items, clothes, dishes & toys, so that we can focus on cleaning and not putting things in their places.


Q:  What about my picture frome given me by my great-great-great grandmother?  Will you clean that?
Antiques, irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find items are not covered by our breakage and loss policy. We suggest that such items be moved to a safe location on the day of your cleaning. Green Clean is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. Green Clean is not responsible for damage to something that is unstable.  All surfaces are assumed sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing harm.


Q: Can I skip or reschedule an appointment?
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours advance warning.  We’ll change your appointment to another time, or cancel it.


Q: What will it cost to have my home or office cleaned?
Please call us to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. Note: we do not give cleaning prices over the phone.  We treat each home and client as an individual and need see your home and what your needs are.


Q:  Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning?
Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process.  This is up to you. 


Q: How will you get into my home or office on scheduled cleaning days?
You can do whatever makes you feel most comfortable.  You can give us a key.  You can leave a key under a door mat or some other safe place.  You can give us the code to your garage. 


Q:  What if it snows and the roads are bad?
We will do our best to get to your home on the day of your scheduled appointment.  If the roads are dangerous, we will contact you to reschedule your appointment at a time that is convenient to you.
