Policies

Green Clean is a professional house & office cleaning service that is fully insured with 1,000,000 in general liability insurance for your protection.

All cleaning supplies and equipment are furnished by Green Clean.

Our normal working hours are Monday through Thursday. Saturday afternoon appointments are available for one time thorough cleanings, move in/out cleanings and party assistance.

NOTE: We do not clean human or animal feces, urine, vomit or other biohazards including feline litter boxes and dog kennels.

NOTE: that antiques, irreplaceable, one-of-a-kind and hard-to-find items are not covered by our breakage and loss policy. We suggest that such items be moved to a safe location on the day of your cleaning. Green Clean is not responsible for damage due to faulty and/or improper installation of any item. Green Clean is not responsible for damage to something that is unstable. All surfaces are assumed sealed and ready to be cleaned without causing harm.

Policies & Terms

Payment for cleaning services is due in full at time of service.

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice.

For Move-In/Move-Out and One Time Cleanings, payment is required in cash.

Green Clean gladly accepts payment in the following forms:

Cash

Personal Check (please make checks payable to Green Clean)

Credit Cards (credit card payments are processed through Paypal) Look for the tab at the top of every page.

If you are making payment by credit card, payment must be made by 7:00 A.M. the day of cleaning.

Please note: If we arrive to clean and there is no payment, we will contact you immediately for a credit card. If you are not available or do not wish to use a credit card, we will have to reschedule your appointment.
